Keep structure simple

Learners complete courses at much higher rates when the structure is predictable. A few practices that work well:

  • Group related lessons into a module rather than creating one long list of lessons.
  • Keep individual lessons focused on a single concept — shorter, focused lessons outperform long ones.
  • Use the drag-and-drop reordering in the module builder to adjust sequence at any time, even after learners have enrolled.
  • Mark a module as required before learners can access the next one, if sequential completion matters for your subject.
